I’m a native of “the South” but I’ve never purchased (or used) Aquanet and I don’t like sweet tea. Coca-Cola, aka “The Real Thing” is the only cola of interest to me, but I don’t drink many Cokes. I certainly don’t call them soda or pop. There’s nothing much better than fried okra and homegrown tomatoes, but nothing much worse than greasy, heavily-breaded fried okra or store-bought tomatoes. I require vinegar-based barbecue sauce. Ketchup and mayo are evil.
My interests include: running, hiking, music, cooking, reading, animals, classic movies and TV, and web-based media. I support local foods, locally-owned businesses and sustainable agricultural practices whenever possible.
We create the society and culture we want to live in by the choices we make every day. We shape our world through the products we choose to purchase, the foods we choose to eat, the way we treat other people, the way we treat creation, and the way we spend our time. And in these choices we are constantly re-creating our own self.
